Since it was a public holiday on 24th Oct, being Hari Raya Puasa, as usual, I was cracking my head hard on what to bake for my boys' tea-break...errr.. let me do a seach in fridge first before I decide... hmmm.. i ve few pkts of chicken fillets, mixed beans and a pkt of potatoes... that's it, let settle on Lee's chicken pie. It's been a long time since I last baked them. I simply luv the pie crust, is so yummilicious!
Thanks Lee for sharing her recipe!
HOT PIPING CHICKEN PIES, ANYONE???? lol..

Took leave on 23rd Oct to look after my boys as in-laws were away in Vietnam for holidays. I baked a batch of muffins on that morning and brought some for a friend of mine to share.
