hey there
just wondering if you could share the cake base recipe for your fruity cake? thanks a lot. my sponges seem to be coarse-textured......
Hi amrita,
Pls visit Lee Lee's blog below. She shared with us her recipe very generously. Her spongecake texture is really very soft and fluffy.

I used this recipe for my cake base.
Thanks very much cranberry :)
Oh yes ...one more thing :D
i just tried the recipe out. Did you have a problem with the cake shrinking a lot after coming out of the oven? Mine seemed to shrink to half the size in height!
hi amrita,
mine shrink just alittle but not half of the height. Did u take out the cake from the mould to cool once out from the oven?
Hi there, can you share with me how to make the cream & fruits on top of the cake please (the one you did for your bro's birthday)
