Study Hard, Nat!!!
I have promised my galfriend, Jaslyn's dd (Nat) to bake her some cupcakes long time ago. Actually, I did it once to bring it to a gathering, but somehow J forgot to bring it home for Nat :( :(

Nice cupcakes! You always bake so many varieties at one go. Do you actually make or use ready-made icing/butter cream? Cos I thot it was quite a hassle to make so little buttercream just for a few cuppies?
Thanks! I make my own buttercream, normally do half the recipe. If there are remaining, I keep it in the fridge. When I need to use it, just let it soften and beat it up again.
Thanks for the tip. May I know how long can the pre-made buttercream keep in the fridge? Or does it need to be freezed?
For me, I tried to use up within two days:) But there was once I kept for about a week, and was still ok. No need to freeze, just chill will do.
Ooo... yum yum those cupcakes with the faces. Love them all.
