Bryan, my younger ds has been pestering me to bake him an oreo choco cake since Teacher's Day. He wanted exactly the same cake I baked for his teachers. As promised, I made him one and he even helped me with the decor.. he was happy over the moon..
Brandon, my elder ds wanted something cool and refreshing... I settled on Lee Lee's mango pudding which i have not make for a long time...

This recipe was taken from Kraft website... happy trying..
Ingreds:-
2 pkt PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened (i used 250g x 2 bars)

1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup sour cream
2 eggs
6 OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, coarsely chopped (about 3/4 cup), divided
1 OREO Pie Crust
*(for the crust, I used abt 3/4 pkt of the oreo (w/o cream), added 1/4 cup of melted butter)
Method:-
1)PREHEAT oven to 325°F. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Stir in sour cream, mix well. Add eggs; mix just until blended. Stir in 1/2 cup of the cookies.
2)POUR into crust. Sprinkle with remaining chopped cookies.
BAKE 35 to 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
