Taking me so long...
Well, sorry gals..I have been so lazy for the past weeks that I have not been baking much lately. Then, it started slowly, need a little bit warm up first *lol*... first did a fruity marshmallow cake for a gathering party and some egg tarts for another gathering. These were baked sometimes back. Did a few batches of bread loafs over the weekend but didn't manage to take pics.

Wah... wait long long for your postings leh. Hehe. Lovely cake, Is it difficult to make marshmallow cake? Is there really marshmallow in it that's why it's called that?
Hey, ya lah, many of my friends asking why I have not been baking lately too hehe..
Oh yes, is not that difficult to make actually. What you need for this cake is 'patience', no rushing job, do it slowly (meaning wait for the middle layer, that's the marshmallow layer to be slightly set but not fully set, lay the fruits gently on top of the marshmallow layer, let it freeze just a little while before pouring in the cool jello(I used a small ladle to scoop the cool jello over it, do it gently).
Oh, you mean it's marshmallow? Not baked? No flour nothing? Is it nice?
