I was looking for a brownies recipes then i came upon yours.. it's really attractive. Can u teach me more on the chocolate ganache part. Like the amount of chocolate and fresh milk used. Thanks. :)

sorry, miss your post...
for the chocolate ganache... the amount on chocolate and the fresh milk all agaration... no actual measurement, based on visual... I double boil till smooth and shiny.. sorry for not able to help much on this..
