Bibimbap

Bibimbap is a popular Korean dish.Bibimbap is served as a bowl of warm white rice topped with sauteed and seasoned vegetables, beef (or any meat), a fried egg (sunny side up), and gochujang (korean chilli pepper paste). The ingredients are stirred together thoroughly just before eating. It is served in a heated stone bowl.

A korean friend of mine has given me a bottle of gochujang (korean chilli paste) and some of her home-made kimchi that I decided to cook BiBimBap for our lunch this afternoon. This is a simple meal and yet it is so tasty! I love it!! Yummy!
