Oreo-Cookies Cheesecake

With 2 blocks of creamcheese, I decided to make a cheesecake for ds' cell group on Saturday. Knowing the children except elder ds, love anything chocolate, I was set on making a chilled Oreo-Cookies Cheesecake for them. I am happy that all of them like it very much. In the end, elder ds was tempted or I should say 'force' to give it a try by eating a small piece of it:)

I'm a cake lover but too coward to try baking yet. This non-baked cheese cake is perfect to me. Thanks for the inspiration.

Hi Hut of Cranberry,

Gong Xi Fa Cai!

Can you share with me how you draw the hello kitty on the cake?

Thank you.

Cheers,
Jacqueline

Thanks Diana, Art of Eating, Deb, chumpman and Jacqueline for taking a liking for my HK cake:)

Deb, i also like the HK face..my fav:)

chumpman, is easily, give it a try ok!

Jacqueline, I didn't draw it myself. I used a Hello Kitty plastic stencil which I bought it during my HK trip a year back. Just sifted some snow powder onto the stencil and you get the shape easily:)

Oh, that look too yummy to resist. Wondering is it possible that we I can actually order this cake from you? And how much do you charge?
